-The "non-refundable" rate includes the immediate and simultaneous charge at the time of booking of 100% of the amount of the estimate (excluding costs and taxes to be paid on site*) and does not provide for refunds.
Reservations with the "cancellable 7 days" rate are intended to be cancellable up to 7 days before arrival and do not involve any charge (Example: arrival January 20, free cancellation by midnight on January 13).
Reservations with the "cancellable 14 days" rate are intended to be cancellable up to 14 days before arrival and do not involve any charge (Example: arrival January 20, free cancellation by midnight on January 6).
"Cancellable" reservations must be cancelled with a written request, within the indicated terms, by sending an email to [email protected] and the deposit, where applicable and paid, may be returned.
In case of cancellation during the stay by the guest, the entire amount will be retained.
In case of no-show, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.

-Prices are expressed in Euros and are intended per apartment/structure and for the period indicated.
Rates include the supply of bed linen and towels for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
Extraordinary linen changes or any extraordinary cleaning are not included in the price.
Any other supplies requested by the customer must be agreed upon as extras.
We reserve the right to change the published prices at any time and without notice. However, the price agreed upon at the time of booking will not be changed.

-*Taxes and other costs to be paid on site:
The tourist tax, calculated according to the provisions of the municipal regulations, must be paid separately upon arrival together with the flat rate for final cleaning.
